XCollab - (Collaboration suite)

Description: XCollab is very powerful modular Open-Source collaboration platform, capable of manage the essential IT services used by individuals and  organizations to exchange information: Calendar, Contacts, file sharing, E-mail, Chat, Audio / Video conference, Notes, Projects, Tasks, among many others. That way Xcollab makes information to be "Omnipresent" to each individual and company, sharing only the necessary information with internal and external entities.

Main features: Centralized collaboration platform, normally accessible via WEB, different modules (services) can be downloaded and installed according to the needs. The central feature is file sharing / collaboration, which can be accessed securely (in transport and storage) via Web, through agents (installed in each computer which has files to store / sync / share) or through smartphone applications (which can synchronize information just like photos, voice recordings, calendar and tasks, among other info selected by the user). The XCollab's file sharing also features file-versioning so any modified file stores its current version as well as the past versions since its creation in the server.

The agent installed in the smartphone (for android and IOS) can be configured to automatically  upload the photos / videos / documents to the server, having a near real-time sync tool with XCollab.

The Audio / Video conference tool allows un-timed meetings, with the options such as  a collaborative board, chat in the session, display and file sharing, and many, many other exciting features!

Involved open-source projects: Nextcloud, glusterfs, php, apache, many projects used in the XMail product (integration with E-mail services), digital certificates provided by LetsEncrypt
