XServicedesk - (IT helpdesk - Asset Management - IT Inventory)

Description: XServicedesk is an Open-Source platform suited for IT-Inventory and Servicedesk activities. Powerful and intuitive interface, automatic inventory processing, interaction with end-users through the tickets, regular and advanced reports. No ads, no user profiling, no browsing pattern analysis!.

Main features: Servicedesk solution: Ticket creation, evolution and closing along with users, groups (customers and the Servicedesk team) can be associated with the IT inventory and all ITSM elements. Detailed and advanced IT inventory through GLPI agents, detailed information of every asset is extracted, packaged and securely transferred to the XServicedesk server. All the IT trace of every asset (purchase, configuration, location, all its IT maintenance / software / hardware changes, contracts, licenses, etc etc) lays inside the asset's definition. Automatic follow-up e-mails to the involved people (customer, IT group, supervisors, etc), reminder E-mails about license / contract expiration, among many other features!
